About the event
This workshop is designed to create a safe space for your teenage daughter to discuss the importance of self-confidence and its benefits in improving our lives!
Along with our friendly Certified Counsellor to moderate the discussion, girls will get together in a comfortable and engaging space to discuss what it means to be confident in yourself and practical strategies to increase confidence. Girls will also receive a take-home workbook to serve as a tangible reminder of the discussions in the workshop.
