(Ages 5-8) Monday 8th October 10am-1pm, (Ages 9-12) Wednesday 10th October 10am-1pm We are bringing back our much-loved therapeutic workshops for the little ones! These workshops are designed to use artistic skills to promote self-esteem, relaxation and emotional expression.

About the event
These workshops are designed to promote emotional expression, self-esteem and relaxation through creating art. It's amazing what children are capable of creating when given the opportunity. Children will reflect on their positive qualities, learn more about their emotions and practice strategies to help them relax and deal with BIG emotions.
There are two different workshops designed for their respective age groups, so be sure to select the right age group when registering for your spots!
- Ages 5-8 on Monday 8th October, 10am - 1pm
- Ages 9-12 on Wednesday 10th October, 10am-1pm
Cost: $50 per child
